Samsung unveiled today their latest phone model for the European market, the SGH-F490.

It is a slim powerful multimedia handset with a wide 16:9 touch-sensitive display and intuitive user interface.

The 3.2" wide screen is perfect for watching videos and makes mobile Web browsing a real pleasure.

CES 2008 is over, but Samsung continues announcing new devices.

This time it's the upcoming SPH-M800 phone model for the Sprint’s No. 3 network.

The handset looks similar to the Samsung F490 and has the same 3.2" display, but integrates a lower-end 2Mpix camera.

Samsung's new M110 "Solid" cell phone will soon be available in the UK.

It has a rugged exterior, which only makes the phone look durable, but besides the design the M110 has nothing special to offer. It is a low-end handset featuring GSM/EDGE/GPRS connectivity, a 240x320 display (a square one!), Bluetooth, VGA camera, FM radio, and support for MMS.

We know that Chinese are good at cloning popular handsets.

Well, here is something original, a hybrid phone looking like a two-sided Samsung F300 Ultra Music with an iPod-like scroll wheel on the back. Nice. :)

The device is called Shuang Mian Yi Ren V8 and comes with two displays, the 1.

While everyone waits for the CES 2008 that will take place in January, Samsung decided to go ahead and unveil two of its new handsets in Ukraine.

They are the F490 and the lower-end P720.

The first one is a 3G HSDPA-capable phone with a huge 3.

Samsung Anycall J758 is the company's newest 3G handset.

There is nothing special about it, features are pretty usual for a simple cell phone and include a 1.3Mpix camera, 3G connectivity, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, 1.8" 262K TFT color display, 8MB of internal memory + External SD (up to 1GB). In addition, it comes with Google features like Mail and Search.

Samsung's latest SPH-M4650 WM6-based PDA Phone was upgraded with a Marvell PXA 300 Application Processor.

The new CPU will boost overall performance of the handset, as well as optimize multimedia and business applications functionality, while consuming less power.

The new version of the Samsung SPH-M4650 will soon be available in Korea.

Sad news from Samsung.

As you probably know, the company's new F700 won't be available in the U.S. by Christmas. And now we find out that the much anticipated Samsung U940 won't appear under our X-mas tree either, as it has just passed the FCC and today is already December 19. We don't know the exact release date, but nevermind that.

It is a 3G cell phone equipped with a media player, an embedded digicam, microSD slot, security tracing and sound recording. It measures 99 x 48 x 17.8 mm and weighs just 79 grams.

Available colors include black, pink, and silver, blue and red color scheme.
