Here's the first picture of the upcoming Samsung SGH-A737 cell phone for AT&T. As you can see it is a slim slider colored in black and red, with what it seems an illuminated 5-way D-pad on the front. There is also a music-shortcut, a QVGA display and a digicam (with yet unknown resolution). Finally, we know that A737 will be a 3G phone, supporting UMTS (and probably HSDPA) networks.

We have a photo and some details about the forthcoming Samsung U470, the company's first music-phone, which will be available in the first half of 2008 from Verizon. At the first sight it looks similar to LG Chocolate, only a little taller, and comes with a small 128x200 resolution display, built-in digicam, microSD slot, stereo Bluetooth, as well as new FlashUI themes.

Samsung has introduced its new F330 music phone at the IFA 2007 event last week. It is a thin 3G handset with a 2.1" 262k color screen, a 2Mpix main camera and a secondary VGA camera, 20MB of on-board memory, FM receiver, microSD slot, and dedicated music keys, as well as support for various audio and video file formats.

Here are some new images of the forthcoming Samsung U700 and U900 cell phones. Just to name a few of their specs, the SCH-U700 will feature a 2Mpix camera, a QVGA main display, a microSD slot, and a brand new FlashUI theme. The SCH-U900 will come with a 3Mpix camera with AF and flash, an automatic lens cover, a rotating QVGA screen, a microSD slot, and front touch-sensitive music controls.

Good news for Samsung BlackJack owners. Most of you probably thought that you'd never see the Windows Mobile 6 upgrade for your aging handset. Well now it seems that both Samsung and AT&T have confirmed the upcoming release of the upgrade on September 17th. It will be available through a carrier supported download, but there was no word on whether WM6 will come pre-installed in the newly issued handsets.

Samsung has recently presented its new SGH-i620 smartphone at IFA 2007 event in Berlin. It is the successor of the i600, a small 3G slider measuring just 95 x 59 x 16mm, operating on Windows Mobile 6 OS and supporting GSM and UMTS 2100 networks. The i620 should be available in Germany from Vodafone in September.
