According to Samsung Electronics they are shipping some 8 GB memory chip (the highest density embedded flash memory) to major mobile electronics manufacturers. Samsung's high-density moviNAND memory is made of four 50-nanometer, 16 Gigabit NAND flash memories, a high-speed MultiMediaCard (MMC) controller and associated firmware. It has the ability to store up to 2,000 songs, a lot of maps data for global positioning system (GPS), as well it permits virtually unlimited memory expansion.
Samsung announced new HSDPA mobile phone SPH-W2500. The W2500 is a slim slider design, the thickness is 13.8mm. The phone is available in silver and purple colors.
