Sprint Nextel has recently released the new Sanyo SCP-3810. It is an entry-level clamshell that features:
- 2.4" internal screen;
- Hidden external LCD;
- 1.3Mpix camera;
- GPS (for navigation and geo-taggin images);
- Bluetooth 2.0;
- Mobile email;
- Threaded SMS;
- Picture Mail;
- IM messaging services
The Sanyo 3810 is available for free after rebates with a new contract.

Kyocera Sanyo SCP-2700, previously seen on spy photos, has finally been announced. To put it simply, it is a budget messaging phone targeted to the younger users who enjoy chatting a lot. Some of its features include:
- 2.2" QVGA display;
- Front-facing QWERTY keyboard;
- 1.3Mpix camera;
- GPS navigation
The handset should be available via Sprint in a choice of blue and pink hues starting May 10 for $29.

A blurry photo of the new Sanyo SCP-2700 QWERTY phone has surfaced today. From what we've previously seen it will come in at least two colors: blue and stylized floral pink, as we see here. Reportedly, it should be available from Sprint for $39.99 on contract, but that's not confirmed yet.

Well, the quality of these pictures is horrible, but we definitely get the idea. Reportedly, this is the upcoming Sanyo SCP-2700 smartphone headed for Sprint. It doesn't look too good, it's not high-end, but it's a nice option for heavy texters. Some of the phone's features include a QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3Mpix camera, Bluetooth, integrated GPS. No pricing or availability details were revealed as of yet.

According to MobileSyrup, Bell will be exclusively releasing the the new Sanyo PRO 200 and PRO 700 on January 12th.
Sanyo PRO 200 will feature 3G, Bluetooth, speakerphone, and GPS, while the PRO 700 will mostly focus on durability. They'll be going for $149.95 and $199.95, respectively, both on a 2-year contract.

The new Sanyo Katana Eclipse X is an upgrade for the previous Katana model that has been released today on Sprint. It is available in either Hypnotic Pink or Nightlife Black, and features Sprint's One Click interactive UI that allows you to easily customize your handset’s home screen the way you like it. One can also assign different lighting schemes to incoming calls, messages, and other alerts.

The new Sanyo Katana Eclipse has passed the FCC thus proving its existence. It was spotted in a Sprint roadmap two weeks ago, but was considered fake until now.
There is almost no information about it, but basically what we can say judging by the photo, it's a music-centric phone, similar in design to Katana LX. According to the roadmap, the Katana Eclipse should be launched before August 17th.
