FCC has revealed today the new Motorola Sidekick Slide smartphone coming for T-Mobile. The device looks similar to Sidekick 3, only its screen slides up instead of spinning around to uncover the five-line QWERTY keyboard underneath. Highlights include quad-band GSM/EDGE support, Bluetooth 1.2, 1.3Mpix camera, music player, microSD slot, messaging tools, and support for T-Mobile's MyFaves.

Danger prepares to launch its new Sidekick LX on T-Mobile. We only know that the handset will feature a large bright display and will support EDGE connectivity (no 3G, unfortunately). For those interested in Sidekick , the launch will take place sometime in Q4 2007.

The upcoming Sidekick 4 cell phone will probably be released under the name Shuriken. The rumor appeared after an excel file leaked in the Web several days ago. The other possible name for the device is Sidekick LX. The phone will first become available in the US, then in Australia and later in Germany and probably in the UK. The new upcoming Motorola Zante Q900 is the next Sidekick phone. It has the same form-factor as Sidekick, runs on Danger OS, used by all Sidekick phones, and will also come with a full QWERTY keyboard below the display. T-Mobile will distribute the handset it in the US at an expected price of $269 with the contract. The release is expected in Q3 2007.

The new D-Wade is designed in the crisp white color of Miami 's South Beach along with tan and copper accents. The FCC approved Sidekick a phone by T-Mobile. The device is produced by Danger and is called the HipTop. T-Mobile is the owns of the Sidekick brand. It's not known much about the device, but presumably it might be said that it's a tri-band GSM device, possibly with EDGE, without Bluetooth.

The only visible change will be the body of the device: the Diane von Furstenberg Sidekick from T-Mobile is dressed in sleek black and features Diane's signature hot-pink lips while the Lifted Research Group Sidekick from T-Mobile is hidden within the traditional baby tree camouflage and customized with L-R-G's iconic imagery.
