Just announced by MetroPCS, the device comes priced at $169 contract-free.Looking at the price, we can't expect many high-end, drool-inducing specs onboard, as Samsung Galaxy Admire 4G comes with 3.65-inch, HVGA display, a 1GHz CPU, 3MP camera and Android Gingerbread. Anyway, specs aren't so bad.

According to the latest rumors, Samsung's Ativ S release date is going to be delayed.Now, the device is scheduled to be released no sooner than February 2013.What can we say, it’s annoyingly far ahead, considering the Ativ S was first supposed to be coming in November and then in December this year. Now we're waiting it to be released on February.

Today Sony officially announced that it is releasing the improved update of the Ice Cream Sandwich software.The latest software is more stable; has more reliable connections for Wi-Fi, tethering, and portable hotspots; better NFC and messaging; and an update to the camera that enables better photos and video captures.Availability of the update might vary by region and model number, but Sony plans to have the update sent where carrier obligations will allow it.
