Sony Xperia Z is a new dust and water resistant smartphone with an outstanding design.Today, UK retailer Clove has finally shed light on the device pricing. It will be £440 with no value-added tax and £528 with VAT included.As we know, the release date still remains to be March 1st. Those who forgot device's specs can see a full list below:

Two pretty cool smartphones from Vizio a ready to debute at CES 2012, but the devices are intended to only hit China.The 5-incher device is supposed to be a high-ender with a 1080p display, a dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm CPU (probably Snapdragon S4), 2 GB of RAM and stock Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.The smaller 4.7-incher is supposed to be mid-ranged with a 1.2 GHz dual-core MediaTek CPU, 1 GB of RAM, dual SIM support and “vanilla” JB.

The new hign-end smartphone from Nokia seems completely different with its polycarbonate ancestors.The successor to the Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 model will be made out of aluminum, and will have codename Catwalk, that means it's lighter and thinner than its current top of the line handset.The Catwalk is said to have the same internal hardware specs as the Nokia Lumia 920.

Alcatel is reportedly readying its first quad-core One Touch Scribe HD smartphone using a MediaTek chip.Unfortunately, we know nothing about that yet, all we have at the moment regarding the device is that the CPU will be clocked at 1 GHz, there’ll be a PowerVR Series5XT GPU humming under the hood, while Jelly Bean will be flavoring the package.
