Samsung Korea has just introduced the white version of the Galaxy Note.Nothing much has been changed in this white iteration of the Galaxy Note from the black version which incidentally has sold more than 60,000 units in South Korea since it was launched a couple of months ago.

Owners of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S should wait a bit regarding the Android 4.0.3 update.The reason behind this delay is apparently due to Google flagging the Android 4.0 update for “further review”.No word on when the update is expected to start rolling out to Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S devices, but we’ll be keeping a look out for this one.

We know that Nokia had plans to release the Belle update to their Symbian users next year, but at least Symbian users now have a date to look forward to.On February 2012 Nokia will refer to its new OS as the Nokia Belle.Also, Nokia will be releasing “enhanced” versions of the Nokia N8, Nokia C7 and Nokia C6-01 will be made available with Nokia Belle preinstalled on them. They are expected to go on sale in China first followed by the rest of the world later.

Motorola DROID 4 device is expected to land on Verizon’s network on 22nd of December, just in time for Christmas.Naturally no official word has been given on this rumored date, so we’ll take it with a grain of salt for now.The specs of the DROID 4 aren’t too shabby, so if you prefer phones with a slideout physical QWERTY keyboard as opposed to a virtual keyboard, you might want to mark down the 22nd of December as a possible release date.

Based on our previous report, it seems like the Samsung Galaxy Mini was left out of the equation when it came to Galaxy devices that would receive the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update.Not to fret though, if you own the Samsung Galaxy Mini and have rooted the device, an Android 4.0 custom ROM is available for download.Android 4.0 is currently in beta, and based on what the developer has warned explicitly, it is meant for developers only – basically people who should know what they’re doing as there is a good chance you could brick your phone in the process.

It seems that come CES 2012, there is a good chance that the much rumored Nokia Lumia 900 device could finally be making an appearance.With Nokia’s Lumia 800 and 710 already in the market, it seems highly unlikely that these two phones are the only phones available in Nokia’s stable.Nokia invite which basically showcases the Metro UI and also mentions the demo of Nokia’s latest technology in action.

Apple has finally launched their iPhone 4S to 20 additional countries on Friday.According to MacRumors, those 20 new countries will be Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.

If you’re looking for a entry-mid ranged Android handset, Boost Mobile have for you the LG Optimus Black and the Samsung Replenish.The handsets have yet to be confirmed by the carrier, but these leaked press shots with the carrier’s branding on it leaves little to the imagination.No word on when they will arrive on the carrier’s network but some are speculating that it could be in the first half of 2012.
