Continuing the previous post, FCC has also approved a version of Xperia X10 with support for T-Mobile USA 3G bands a couple of days prior to AT&T's model. Now that's two US carriers already. *Sigh* January can't come soon enough.

FCC has revealed some documents regarding a new variant of the Android-powered Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, which supports AT&T's 850/1900MHz 3G bands. It was also confirmed the handset will feature Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, Wi-Fi, aGPS, and a 1GHz processor.

The new Sony Ericsson Pureness is currently available from Saks Fifth Avenue's online store and the Sony VIP Shopping service in the U.S. at a price of $990.

The phone comes with a transparent LCD and keys that are illuminated only when touched, and the whole device lights up with incoming calls and messages. It also features a 24-hour concierge service for all "lifestyle requests" that is available in cities worldwide.

The Android-based Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is also scheduled for release net month, on January 18th to be exact (that's according to UK online retailer Play.com). Prepare to spend GBP 529.99, or approximately $863 U.S. Dollars. The release will take place in February if the source is wrong.

The release of the anticipated WM-based Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 has been delayed until January 2010 due to bug fixes. Originally it was planned to be launched this month on Vodafone.

The Sony Ericsson J10 is an upcoming Android-powered candybar phone, scheduled for release early next year. It will be a part of the company's eco-friendly GreenHeart line, which means it'll probably be made of eco-friendly materials and get packed in with an ultra-low or zero-power draw charger. Features will include QVGA display, numeric keypad, Wi-Fi support, and a 5Mpix camera with flash.

If recent rumors are true, Sony Ericsson is planning on releasing two variants of the XPERIA X10. The handset will be available from both AT&T and T-Mobile, and should be out in early 2010. Both versions will have 3G support for their respective carriers, will be heavily subsidized in order to lower the phone's $700+ price tag.

Sony Ericsson has unveiled the name of its new UX platform, which will be called Nexus. It will be first introduced on the upcoming Android-based Xperia X10, with more devices to follow throughout 2010 and 2011. Nexus is meant to help users organize all their data, media and communications, and will include signature applications, a new graphical user interface and various levels of service integration.
