FCC has unveiled yet another Motorola clamshell called Vegas VE20. This one is bound for Sprint and looks lika a RAZR/KRZR hybrid with a plastic/aluminium body, microSD slot, 2Mpix camera with no flash, and touch-sensitive music keys. Unfortunately, that's all we know for now. Stay tuned for more details...

Judging by the picture leaked from the PPCGeeks forum, apparently there's a CDMA version of the HTC Touch Diamond coming soon to Sprint. Specifications remain the same with the GSM variant, only the interface is slightly different.

No word on pricing and availability yet, so stay tuned...

Soon Sprint will exclusively release the new Motorola V950.

This is a ruggedized PTT-capable clamshell phone, which suppors the carrier's recently launched QChat based Push-to-Talk service. This will allow users to make PTT based long distance calls, similarly to the iDEN network.

After HTC Mogul this handset is the next to receive a Windows Mobile 6.1 update. You can download it here.

Sprint subscribers can take advantage of an official Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM update for their HTC Mogul smartphone.

ROM build version is 19208.1.0.2 of CE OS 5.2.19208, and the radio version is 3.42.02.

Thanks to an inventory sheet posted on HowardForums we now know the exact launch date of the anticipated Palm Treo 800w on Sprint. The device will be available to business customers starting July 9, and to other subscribers on July 13 (not July 22 like we originally thought). The launch date could be delayed of course, so don't get too excited.

The Palm Treo 800w will cost $249.

Sprint subscribers can now get their hands on the new Samsung Instinct. Originally we thought it would cost $200, but to be make a good competition to the 3G iPhone the CDMA carrier had to cut the price. Now the Instinct costs $129.99 with a 2-year agreement after a $100 mail-in rebate.

Today Sprint announced they would start selling the Samsung Instinct on June 20 for just $129.99 with a 2-year contract and $100 mail-in rebate. Cheaper than the 3G iPhone, you think? Wrong... In order to activate the phone, you must subscribe for one of Sprint's unlimited data plans. And while the cheapest plan will cost you $69.99 per month (with 450 minutes of talk-time), the price for the handset becomes the same as iPhone's.

Owners of the Sprint's Motorola Q9c are the first to experience Windows Mobile 6.1 on their handset, as the carrier has just released an official system update.

You all know what WM 6.1 is, so it's not necessary to repeat it again. Go ahead, flash the device and make your friends jealous. :)

Sprint announced that it plans to release the Samsung SCH-M800 Instinct on June 20th.

The phone was first spotted at the 2008 CTIA show in Las Vegas; it is an iPhone-looking handset with a large touchscreen display, built-in GPS receiver, EV-DO Rev.A 3G data for fast downloads and uploads, and much more...
