The Palm’s Treo Pro that should be released via Sprint on March 15th will come bundled with the IE Mobile 6 browser, which was announced as a part of the upcoming Windows Mobile 6.5. Well, that's nice, but I wonder how it will compete with the likes of Opera Mini, Safari and the soon-to-come mobile Firefox...
The release date of Sprint's Palm Treo Pro was delayed twice already. The phone should have been released back in January, but then they've pushed the it to February, and subsequently March 15th, which is the current oficially confirmed release date.
The good news is thet this handset fill be available for just $199 after rebates, which is certainly affordable.
Well, the quality of these pictures is horrible, but we definitely get the idea. Reportedly, this is the upcoming Sanyo SCP-2700 smartphone headed for Sprint. It doesn't look too good, it's not high-end, but it's a nice option for heavy texters. Some of the phone's features include a QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3Mpix camera, Bluetooth, integrated GPS. No pricing or availability details were revealed as of yet.
The anticipated Palm Treo Pro from Sprint has been spotted on Best Buy Mobile’s March circular. The phone is listed as the “Sprint Palm Pro” (sounds like Pre, doesn't it?), and will be going for $249 with a contract, or for $699 off-contract.
According to reports, Sprint will soon be launching the second Rumor phone, simply called Rumor 2, in order to replace the first one. In addition, they'll also be releasing a smaller version of the Samsung Instinct called Instinct Mini. The Rumor 2 should be released sometime in mid-March, while the Instinct Mini should be available on April 19th.

Sprint has announced the stylish Motorola i9 iDEN phone that will soon be going for sale via Sprint Nextel and Boost Mobile channels. It will be released by the end of February at Boost Mobile for $299 (outright), and at Sprint for $199 with a 2-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
Sprint subscribers who have been patiently waiting for the release of Palm Treo Pro on February 15th will have to wait a bit longer. The device will be released a couple of weeks later in the end of the month, and there wasn’t any official explanations regarding the delay.
The Palm Treo Pro smartphone is now available for Sprint subscribers at BestBuy.com at a price of $699.99. It should be noted that the carrier itself hasn't officially announced the handset.
