Judging by the fact that the Blackberry Storm 9530 is now parading at the Telus' official website, it will be will be the first carrier to offer the device in Canada. According to some web rumors, the Storm will become available “just in time for the holiday shopping season”, which could mean next month.

Vodafone has announced the BlackBerry Storm, and put it on their official website. No pricing or availability details were announced.

Features include:

• 3.25" touch screen display at 460 x 360 resolution;
• 3.2Mpix camera with autofocus and flash;
• Automatic screen rotation;
• 128MB RAM;
• 1GB internal memory;
• microSDHC memory card slot;
• HSPA connectivity

No Wi-Fi.

While Verizon and Vodafone are taking their time with announcing the BlackBerry Storm, a promotional video for the handset made by Vodafone has leaked in the web today. Here it is:

Verizon doesn't seem rush with the release of the BlackBerry Storm. Meanwhile, a User Guide for the device has become available for public today, along with some info about RIM's BlackBerry Application Center. What's taking so long, Verizon?

 

We've all seen videos with the upcoming Blackberry Storm, and here's yet another one. Now if they'd release the device instead, that would make my day...

According to the leaked Verizon document sneaked by Engadget, the company won't release the BlackBerry Storm and the HTC Touch Diamond before November 2nd  and December 3rd, respectively.

Why? Because these dates are when they plan to finish the pre-launch internal training for each device.

So there's a chance we'll see the BB Storm during the first week of November.

It looks like Vodafone will be selling RIM’s BlackBerry Storm in Germany, as confirmed by a new page on Vodafone’s German site now has a new page dedicated to the upcoming launch of the BlackBerry Storm. At the same time several photos of the device have surfaced in the Internet. You can see one of them below.

Atleast that's what AT&T claims, according to this document, legitimacy of which was confirmed by several sources. Apparently the BlackBerry Storm is a too serious competitor to the iPhone 3G judging by the fact that AT&T has resorted to such measures. :) Here are some of the downlines that the company underlined:
