Today Nokia unveiled its two new handsets for two European carriers, the 6650 model for T-Mobile and the 6124 Classic for Vodafone. - The first is a 3G HSDPA, GPS-capable flip phone with a 2.2" TFT QVGA 16M color display, 2Mpix camera, microSD slot, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and support for the carrier's plans and services.

T-Mobile decided to extend its HotSpot@Home service from mobile handsets only to landline phones as well. It is called Talk Forever and allows for unlimited domestic landline calling. In order to use the service, a new Hotspot@Home router is required, plus additional $10/month will be added to your T-Mobile account.

Starting tomorrow T-Mobile will be offering a new unlimited calling and messaging plan for $99 a month. This plan includes unlimited local calls, free long distance calls, as well as free SMS, MMS and IM messaging. It will be available for both new and existing subscribers.

T-Mobile will no longer provide access to Wi-Fi service in Starbucks coffee houses and stores across the country. Starting this spring Starbucks will offer its customers 2 hours of free Wi-Fi access provided by AT&T. Additional 2 hours will cost $3.

T-Mobile has released a massive software update for their HTC Shadow handset. The update offers new functionality, as well as a number of bug fixes and improvements. - The ability to send "audio postcards" (MMS) to any of your 5 MyFaves contacts;
- The ability to hang up calls when shutting the slider mechanism;
- The ability to display the camera application in portrait mode;
- "Multiple alarm issue" fixed;
- New camera themes, ringtones, wallpapers and graphics added.
