Nokia has issued a new firmware update v110.07.127 for its E71-2 NAM handset.
This build will improve the device's overall stability, and will update Nokia Email, Mail For Exchange and Nokia Maps applications.
Before you apply the update don't forget to backup your data.

Apparently, Verizon's XV6900 has received an unofficial software update. According to the source, the new build version 3.14.605.1 updates the OS to WM 6.1, and adds other cool stuff like gpsOne, VZ Navigator and Opera Mobile.
As always, if you plan to try the update, make sure to backup your existing data.

T-Mobile G1 users in the UK can now update their handset's firmware to version RC8, which includes all the fixes from U.S. builds RC29 and RC30. They've also added a fix for the recent text-reboot bug.
If you still haven't updated your G1, we strongly recommend you to do so.

Nokia Europe has released software updates for its E66 and E71 handsets, bumping the versions to 110.07.126 and 110.07.127 respectively. Improvements of the latest build include the addition of Mail For Exchange, Nokia Maps, and some performance tweaks.

T-Mobile has released the OS 4.5 update for its BlackBerry Curve 8320.
The update fixes a number of bugs and adds HTML email support, attachment downloading and editing, video recording capabilitiy, and more.

HTC announced today that on October 31 the Windows Mobile 6 upgrade software for WM5 devices will be removed from the company's website. Those handsets include HTC S621, S620, P4350, P3300 and Advantage models. If you own one of them, you have till the end of month to download the upgrate for your phone.
