Verizon is going to launch LG VX9900, known as the enV this month.

The VX9900 has a 2 megapixel camera with autocamera and flash, an MP3 and video player and some other useful features. Bluetooth 1.2 with supported profiles HSP (headset), HFP (hands-free), DUN (dial-up networking), A2DP (advanced audio distribution), SPP (serial port), AVRCP (audio/video remote control), BPP (printing) and HID (human interface device).

You had probably heard about the apparition of the new Samsung SCH-U710 as a rival of LG's VX9900 enV.

Now we can inform you that Verizon is going to rename the phone to U740 but the device remains the same in hardware. In reality the device is not a high-end one as its display has small 176x220 pixels resolution and the camera is only 1.

Verizon wireless is going to offer some phones in addition. There is also the PN-300 brother of the 310 coming from Pantech. The phone is going to have the same basic functionality, but the design is improved by means of rounded curves.

Another phone from Verizon Wireless that is ready to be offered also has such design – the Kyocera K323.

According to The Wall Street Journal Verizon is going to a deal with YouTube. The purpose is to distribute web videos via the carrier's wireless and terrestrial TV networks it would involve the top 50-100 YouTube videos at any time. For cell phones the videos would be available via Verizon Wireless' VCast video service, and also through Verizon's FiOS TV service.

There appeared news about LG VX-8600 Chocolate Flip phone specifications sheet which means that it may be officially launched soon by the second biggest carrier in the States. The Chocolate Flip phone has similar stylish glossy-black design.

The LG Chocolate VX-8500 in White is LG Chocolate's lineup new addition from Verizon Wireless. The handset features the same specs as its black predecessor.

The LG Chocolate in White is available for the same price as the original black for $129.

Verizon Wireless is going to launch the Nokia 2366i designed and produced by Nokia and not Pantech. Nokia not often launches CDMA phone and as a result of the breakup of a partnership with Sanyo they are going to be more rarely.

Nokia 2366i includes such features as:

• 128 x 160 screen with 65k colors
• Speakerphone
• Bluetooth

At the moment the device is available with pre-paid service only with the price of $84.

It was announced by Verizon Wireless that "Flash Lite for BREW," by Adobe Systems and Qualcomm, will allow Flash content to run on its high-level phones. Flash ecosystem provides flexibility to the mobile developer community to create content with Flash applications, screensavers and casual games for the BREW solution.

You can buy applications and automatically "Flash enable" your phone, software will be upgraded over-the-air with an automatic download when you access Flash-enabled content.

Now its users can access all V CAST offers right from their phones without a monthly subscription of $15.00 V CAST VPak. This option offers customers a new way to try V CAST and enjoy web content, streaming video and more for 24 hours at a time.
