A Samsung's representative has posted a comment at the official fan page of the Samsung OMNIA II stating that the phone will be released in the U.S. by the end of the year with all the relevant software updates preinstalled on the device. The exact release date will be announced by Verizon, which is the only U.S. carrier to offer the device. Hopefully it's November 1st.

These specs were recently posted on the Motorola website, but were taken down shortly after. We expect to hear an offical announcement/confirmation by VZW tomorrow, on October 28.

The list includes pretty much everything we wanted to know about the Motorola Droid:

• Android 2.0 (Eclair);
• 3.7" WVGA touch display (480 x 854 pixels);
• full QWERTY keyboard;
• 550MHz processor;
• EVDO Rev.

The LG's new Chocolate Touch VX8575 is now listed at Verizon's website, coupled with its press images. The current release date is showing at November 5th, while the pricing is still unknown at this point, but is expected to be around $100 or less.

Specs of the Chocolate Touch, according to PhoneArena:

Just to point this out: stay tuned for tomorrow's Motorola Droid announcement by Verizon Wireless. The device is labeled the "most desirable" and "must-have" phone of the year.

Verizon has confirmed via it's official Twitter account that the popular Palm Pre will be available to VZW customers "early next year". Yay!

Motorola Entice W766 has been recently released and is available to Verizon customers for $39.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. All willing can get it now at Verizon Wireless stores and online.

Verizon has launched the new Pantech Razzle TXT8030, which is a replacement to the old Blitz model. The main point of interest in Razzle is that the bottom part rotates, one side with a QWERTY keyboard, and the other side with speakers and music playback controls. Other features include a 1.3Mpix camera, microSD memory card slot, Media Center Player, and VZ Navigator.
