BlackberryOS.com managed to get their hands on some internal Verizon documents, according to which there are three new handsets scheduled for release next month on the Big Red. First it's the BlackBerry Storm 2 launching October 14th, then the Motorola's Android-based Sholes, as well as the LG VX8575 "Chocolate Touch" (a variant of the BL40 Chocolate Touch) launching "mid-October".

September 8th is the day when Verizon will release two new QWERTY sliders from Samsung, called the "Rogue" and "Intensity". The lower end Intensity is a 2G handset with a 1.3Mpix camera, and not much else, while the Rogue has a 3.1" WVGA AMOLED display, 3Mpix cam with autofocus, HTML browser, and TouchWiz UI.
Both models will hit the shelves on September 8; the Rogue will cost you $199.

With the upcoming launch of the BlackBerry Storm 2, Verizon decided to dispose of its stock of old Storms. And what is a better way to sell old handsets than making them dirt cheap. If you're willing you can now get the 9530 for a just $49.99 on a two-year contract after rebate. That's $100 lower than the original price, which makes it a great deal.
However, we'd suggest you to wait a bit, save up some money and buy the second Storm.

We have some new info regarding the upcoming Samsung Rogue U960 for Verizon. According to EngadgetMobile, the phone will be released on September 8th at the following prices:
- $99.99 after $100 rebate with 2-year contract;
- $169.99 after $100 rebate with 1-year contract;
- $419.99 full retail
Also, PhoneArena has posted a list of U960's specs, which they've received via Verizon's InfoManager system update.
