The PN-300 has been launched by Verizon Wireless. As a matter of fact the PN-300 is manufactured by Pantech, although Verizon has put its own branding on the handset.

The PN-300 has the following basic features as:

• 128 x 160 pixel screen with 65k colors
• Speakerphone
• Easy to use interface (apparently not the standard Verizon UI)

The PN-300 is available from Verizon Wireless for $29.

Verizon is going to launch this Motorola W315 for its network. This is a very simple clamshell device with a 65K STN color display , 1xRTT radio, and speaker.

The full retail will be $149.99. You can also get Motorola W315 for $79.99 for a one year contract, and $29.99 for a two-year contract.

Verizon Wireless made a deal by which YouTube videos will be viewable on cell phones that will also allow users to upload videos shot with their camera phones.

YouTube will deliver a sampling of the most popular videos to Verizon Wireless' VCAST subscribers in the United States providing customers with a variety of videos, enabling users to access video clips on any one of the Verizon Wireless VCAST-enabled handsets.

Kyocera K323 is now available from Verizon Wireless. This device is the latest that Verizon Wireless offers in time for the holiday shopping season.

K323 includes such features as:

• VGA camera with flash
• 128x160 pixel screen with 65k colors
• Bluetooth

The K323 is available from Verizon Wireless for $29.

Verizon Wireless has officially launched the much-awaited LG enV (aka LG VX9900). The handset is a successor of the popular LG VX9800 ( aka "The V").

The LG enV features the same dual-face design and QWERTY keyboard as its predecessor and lots of other features:

• EV-DO highspeed data (V Cast)
• 2-megapixel camera
• Music player (MP3/WMA) plus stereo speakers
• Bluetooth with stereo support
• microSD card slot

The LG enV is available for $150 with a two year contract.

Verizon is going to launch LG VX9900, known as the enV this month.

The VX9900 has a 2 megapixel camera with autocamera and flash, an MP3 and video player and some other useful features. Bluetooth 1.2 with supported profiles HSP (headset), HFP (hands-free), DUN (dial-up networking), A2DP (advanced audio distribution), SPP (serial port), AVRCP (audio/video remote control), BPP (printing) and HID (human interface device).

You had probably heard about the apparition of the new Samsung SCH-U710 as a rival of LG's VX9900 enV.

Now we can inform you that Verizon is going to rename the phone to U740 but the device remains the same in hardware. In reality the device is not a high-end one as its display has small 176x220 pixels resolution and the camera is only 1.

Verizon wireless is going to offer some phones in addition. There is also the PN-300 brother of the 310 coming from Pantech. The phone is going to have the same basic functionality, but the design is improved by means of rounded curves.

Another phone from Verizon Wireless that is ready to be offered also has such design – the Kyocera K323.

Ultimate Electronics, western U.S. retailer refused from T-Mobile USA Inc. to the advantage of Verizon Wireless. Ultimate Electronics making a large expansion, reports that it will offer Verizon Wireless' wares in 29 of its 32 stores in Colorado, Arizona, Kansas and several other states.

Jim Pearse, Ultimate Electronics' senior vice president of merchandising said that "Verizon Wireless was nationally recognized as the best and most reliable wireless carrier in the industry, thus this exclusive wireless agreement would further emphasize their commitment to enhancing the consumer electronics experience.

According to The Wall Street Journal Verizon is going to a deal with YouTube. The purpose is to distribute web videos via the carrier's wireless and terrestrial TV networks it would involve the top 50-100 YouTube videos at any time. For cell phones the videos would be available via Verizon Wireless' VCast video service, and also through Verizon's FiOS TV service.
