A new Sony Ericsson Walkman phone, the W62S, has been released in the Japanese market.

Here's a brief set of its specs:

• Quad-band GSM / KDDI's EV-DO service, CDMA 1X WIN;
  
• 2Mpix camera;
  
• WQVGA (432×240) screen;
  
• microSD slot expandable to 2GB;
  
• Silver-Leather, Black-Rose and White-Lime colors;

Sony Ericsson has released a new affordable Walkman phone, the W350i.

It looks nice, and comes with a Walkman music player (naturally), FM radio tuner, TrackID feature, a M2 memory card for up to 470 songs, and comes pre-loaded with Guitar Legend Java game.

The phone is now available for purchase.

Sony Ericsson has added yet another color to its W580i Walkman phone.

Now besides Style White, Boulevard Black, Urban Grey, and Metro Pink, it is also available in a Jungle Green color scheme. As always, no changes have been made in the phone's specifications.

Sony Ericsson W910 Walkman phone has been awarded Best Handset at the GSM Association’s 13th Global Mobile Awards 2008.

The W910 was released in 2007 and represents an entertainment-centric handset designed for music and video, 3D gaming, and high-speed Internet.

The last Walkman phone available is the W980.

Sony Ericsson W890i Walkman phone has recently appeared on the FCC website, which means it is ready for the commercial release. The W890i is a thin (just 12mm) music-centric handset with the following features:

• Quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) and UMTS 2100Mhz networks;
• 240x320 262K color screen;
• Bluetooth 2.

Sony Ericsson introduced three new handsets today.

They are Z555 - stylish mid-end clamshell, and two Walkman phones - W350 and W760. Their common features include stereo Bluetooth, FM tuner, PlayNow support, Memory Stick Micro (M2) slot, and a usual set of applications like web browser, email and instant messaging clients, RSS reader, picture blogger, as well as calendar, alarm, stopwatch, calculator, notes, etc.

Sony Ericsson has added two new handsets to its Walkman series.

They are the W890 and W380 and are both designed for ultimate music enjoyment.

The W890 comes with embedded high quality stereo speakers, incorporates the latest Walkman Player 3.

Sony Ericsson launched three new cell phones today, one of which is the Sony Ericsson W380i Walkman.

It looks like Sony is working on a new Walkman slider phone, which will appear pretty soon. The name is Sony W999i.

This slider will most likely feature HSDPA connectivity, 2.4" 262K color QVGA screen, a 2Mpix camera with autofocus, and should be about 12.5mm thick.
