AT&T and Samsung announced today the SGH-a767 Propel, a QWERTY slider with a set of very decent features.
The phone is scheduled to be released in late October in blue, green, red, or white with red accents for $79.99 with a 2-year contract and mail-in rebate.

Samsung has launched its two latest clamshell handsets, the SCH-W570 and SPH-W5700. Each features a dual 2.2” touchscreen with dedicated UI, which offers you the same experience no matter whether the handset is closed or open. This means you won't have to open the handset to access your data or multimedia content. Other features include support for 3G GSM/WCDMA networks, and 3Mpix camera.

A new smartphone from Asus has been leaked today. It's called Glaxy7 and has a pretty impressive feature set, which is not yet confirmed but is very likely.

FCC has unveiled two new phones today, the Samsung T919 for T-Mobile and the LG VX9600 for Verizon Wireless.
The T919 is a tri-band GSM/3G handset with support for 1700MHz WCDMA and probably HSDPA. Other features may include MP3 player, a-GPS and a full Internet browser with "touch".
The LG VX9600 is a CDMA 850/1900 / EVDO handset with a 3" touch sensitive display with 3D graphical UI, according to documents.

FCC has approved today the new Nokia N85, the first tri-band WCDMA device to support both AT&T and T-Mobile's 3G networks.
Known features include:
- Quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900) and tri-band WCDMA;
- GPRS/EDGE and/or HSDPA data;
- 240×320 pixel QVGA Display;
- 5Mpix camera with autofocus;
- Dual-slide form factor;
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth;
- FM Receiver/Transmitter;
- A-GPS

As expected, T-Mobile UK has released the Nokia 6650 clamshell smartphone that was unveiled back at the CeBIT 2008 show in Germany. It should be already available for purchase.

FCC site features a new Motorola cell phone, which doesn't look anything like the previous models, and is apparently destined for some non-US market with some kind of 3G coverage, as documentation and a front-facing cam justify the aforementioned.
We suppose it will be a low-end GSM/EDGE/WCDMA capable handset designed to bring WCDMA to the masses. The only thing that bothers us is the design, which is simply awful.

After almost 5 years, T-Mobile will be offering a new Sony Ericsson phone in the U.S. Judging by the FCC documents, the new Sony Ericsson TM506 is a 3G-capable clamshell handset bound for T-Mobile USA. Not much information was provided, but according to the available documentation TM506 features:
- Tri-band GSM/EDGE 850/1800/1900;
- WCDMA 1700/2100;
- Bluetooth;
- aGPS;
- Memory card slot;
- Camera (unknown Mpix);
- Mobile TV and support for streaming videos.

LG has just announced its new LG-KM560 and LG-KP330 mobile phones, which support all WCDMA bands, including 850, 1900 and 2100 MHz frequencies. This means both handsets can be used in 220 countries. There are no more details available, but we expect to find out more really soon.
