Philips has recently announced two new additions to its Xenium lineup, all phones in which are known for their ultra-durable batteries.
The first model is the X810, a stylish slider with a numeric keypad, EDGE data, 3.2Mpix camera and a WQVGA touchscreen display. It is the successor to the previous X800 model,and will be available in Russia, Ucraine and Turkey in the near future.

Philips is known to produce entry-level handsets with exceptional battery life. Well, here's it's latest entry, the Xenium X520. It's most notable feature is the ability to use standard AAA batteries as an additional power source (2.5 hrs).
The phone's battery itself is good for up to 8 hours of talk time and up to a month of standby time! And specwise it's not so bad either:
- 2Mpix camera;
- Stereo Bluetooth (A2DP);
- FM radio with RDS;
- Music player;
- microSD memory card slot
The release date is scheduled for March.

Philips has introduced two of its latest clamshell handsets in the Xenium series. Both 9@9q Dragon and Phoenix are said to deliver up to a month of standby time on a single charge, and come in a nicely designed casing with cool light-up indicators.
In rest, these are entry-level handsets for the Russian market with an unreasonably high price of 4,999 rubles ($172).
