KalemSoft's NesEm is a new NES emulator for webOS-powered devices. It is said to run over 300 games with support for four-channel sound, fully configurable keys, and anti-aliasing. It's not listed in the Catalog, but you can get it through PreWare or directly from KalemSoft's site. There's a free demo which transforms into a full version for just $9.99.
China Mobile's OPhone platform has been updated to version 2.0 (from 1.5 respectively). Now it supports Scalable Vector Graphics UI elements and voice recognition, and offers Windows Mobile API support. The last feature basically means that you'll be able to run WinMo applications natively on OMS. The update is not available yet, so we can't confirm that.
Verizon Wireless announced a new Android phone, the Motorola Devour, which is a sideways slider similar to Droid. It should be available beginning in March. Pricing was not disclosed.Specifications:

Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) has unveiled the first handset to feature Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, the Samsung GT-S8500. Those interested will be able to see it live at the MWC show in a couple of weeks.

Microsoft CFO Peter Klein has briefly mentioned that the company’s “next mobile operating system” would be announced “in a few weeks”, which is when the Mobile World Congress will take place, starting February 15th. We take that as an official confirmation of the existance of Windows Mobile 7.
