report from WMPoweruser has highlighted a little trick for users of Nokia’s Lumia 900 Windows Phone discovered by the guys at MobilityDigest.The process which will be listed after this is to allow a selection for the maximum connection speed your Lumia 900 can access to AT&T’s network with.The information directs users to type ##3282# into the dialer and it will open the Data Field Test utility, tap the three, tap and open ‘Settings’ at the bottom of your screen, the network type can then be changed from 2G or 3G only to ‘Automatic’, tap the ‘Back’ button once to go back to the ‘Field Test’ menu, tap the last option on the screen which is the ‘Toggle ENS’ (reboot), after it opens, tap ‘Start’, after a few seconds, tap ‘Stop’ and your phone will undergo a soft reset (reboot) after a slight pause. T-Mobile has apparently scheduled an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for two devices for a reported date of 16 June.The HTC Sensation 4G and the HTC Amaze will both be getting a bite of the sweet and succulent latest Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. With only a reported 5 or 6 percent of Android smartphones using the OS it is definitely a good thing that carriers are continuing with a steady rollout of the latest installment of Android. The latest rumor regarding Samsung Galaxy S3 comes from an unofficial Samsung blog which states that the device about which almost nothing is known about yet will feature a Super AMOLED screen measuring up at 4.8-inches, an 8MP camera and a 1.5 quad-core processor.With the launch date looming larger and larger, speculations and rumors about everything from what the Samsung Galaxy S3 might look like right up to its hardware and software specifications will definitely continue to flow but nonetheless, it seems like we can only wait for the South Korean company to yank off the wrappers and show us something tangible on May 3rd. After just a short while, the HTC One S launched by T-Mobile has received many complaints with regards to an issue of battery drainage. Thanks to the guys from TmoNews now we know when the Magenta carrier will be releasing Ice Cream Sandwich updates for few of its phones, including the Samsung Galaxy S II, HTC Sensation 4G and HTC Amaze 4G.The leaked document suggests Samsung will get Android 4.0 on May 14th, with HTC smartphones following two days later.T-Mobile will also update following devices:
