It’s good to be prepared, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise Samsung’s first 64-bit device has been benchmarked, and so has Huawei’s pioneer.
Both the SM-G510F and G621-TL00 are nigh, although they won’t be breaking any speed records. That’s because their on-board chips are much slower than high-end 32-bit units, with a target audience limited to budget-conscious users in emerging markets.
Huawei Ascend G621 will be cheap, all while featuring a solid 5-inch 1,280 x 720 pix res display, 1 GB RAM, 5 MP/2 MP dual cameras and Android 4.4 KitKat on the software side of things.
The 64-bit CPU inside the hood, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 frugal little guy, is apparently clocked at 1.2 GHz and paired with an Adreno 306 GPU. 4G LTE connectivity is always a possibility, and outstanding battery life a near guarantee.
