The first quarter of 2008 turned out hard for Sprint.
During that period they lost 1.09 million subscribers and their average monthly revenue per customer reduced to $56. However, the company still has 52.8 subscribers left, securing itself on the third place on the market after AT&T and Verizon.
Officials say the result was predictable as the company continues to reword its business model and evolve.
The future doesn't look too cloudy for Sprint.
