It's been a while since we last heard of Velocity Mobile, but now they're back with a new Windows Mobile-powered smartphone sporting a model number 103. It has been spotted today at the FCC site.
There's also a 67-page user guide included with no actual specs listed in it. Instead there's a lot of information on how to navigate the system, how to insert the memory card, and how to change the battery...
