Dell has introduced its latest Pharos Traveler 619 smartphone today. Available for pre-order now for $199.95. Looks like nothing special to me:

Traveler 619 is an entry-level unlocked 2.5G smartphone with touch-screen QVGA (320x240) display. It is designed for mobile field workers who want slightly larger QWERTY keyboard and screen (2.8" instead of 2.5"). The device measures 4.92 in(L) x 2.8 in(W) x 0.61 in(H) and 6.49 oz.
