T-Mobile Netherlands have leaked some additional details on the upcoming iPhone 3G S: apparently it will run on a 600MHz processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. That's a great improvement over the previous model, which had a 412MHz CPU and just 128MB of RAM. We can assume the information stated above is true.
The new iPhone will start selling in the US (AT&T), Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and UK on June 19th, with 16GB version priced at $199 and 32GB version at $299.
