Remote control phone is coming from Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson introduced the idea of turning a mobile phone into an all-purpose remote control.

It is supposed that touchscreen remote control can display different remote control user interfaces (which can be downloaded from the web or another phone), while the phone itself contains the necessary electronics to control a home device such as your TV or Hi-Fi.
