The mysterious Sony Ericsson handset with SK19i model name was recently listed on Antutu website.
For those who have no idea what Antutu is – it’s a benchmark app made for Android devices which is pretty alike to Quadrant – it tests the performance of your devices by subjecting it to a series of tests and gives it an overall numeric score.
So, the Sony Ericsson SK19 is in the list among the scores of the devices, that was benchmarked, which could only mean one thing - that there is at least one out there, which is operational.
There is no information about the device, but we have a couple of hints, though it’s just a suggestion, that the SK19i might be a version of the Sony Ericsson Xperia ray with a slide side keyboard.
One of the clues is that handset would have a single-core chip clocked at 1GHz – just like the Xperia ray has.
The other one is the fact that the Sony Ericsson Xperia mini and Xperia mini pro have the ST15i and the SK17i model names. And the Xperia ray has been given the ST18i. So it would be logical if SK19i would be similar to the former. Well, it’s only a suggestion.
