HP Pre 3 will not be available in US. According to PC Mag the device not only won’t come to States, it will be discounted in Europe, where it already was up for sale.
Many had expectations that the HP Pre 3 would bring webOS into the limelight, but it’s not going to happen. The handset’s price dropped to $75, from 299 GBP (US$490) in the UK and 349 EUR (US$505) in France. In Germany the smartphone was already sold out.
For the moment, HP Pre 3 is the most powerful webOS smartphone ever produced. It features 3.6-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixel) display and 1.4GHz processor. It’s the first webOS device having an autofocus camera, and it also sports an LED flash.
Those of you who wish to use the Pre 3 in US can get 2G data on both AT&T and T-Mobile.
